This morning, I ducked into Waitrose in Cobham to show my support for the ‘Royal Run’, a fundraising run on a treadmill covering the distance from Caernarfon Castle in Wales to Windsor Castle (over 200 miles).
The store is raising money for Canine Partners, one of Prince Harry’s charities, inspired by the Royal Wedding later this month. The fundraiser, which has been ‘running’ (!) all week, also aims to raise funds to purchase a support dog for a local customer with a disability.
