Last week, I went down to the St John’s Estate in Walton for one of my regular community litter picks. Thank you to the volunteers who came along to help clear up the area, and all the people who came forward with their suggestions for litter pick locations.
Today, the National Insurances Contributions (NICs) threshold will rise to £12,570 - the single biggest tax cut in a decade. This brings the NICs threshold in line with Income Tax personal allowance, cutting tax for 30 million British workers by an average of £330 a year.
