Catching-up with our Veterans' Support Association in Walton

I recently stopped by our Veterans' Support Association drop-in lounge located in The Heart Shopping Centre in Walton.

The Veterans' Support Association was established by John Joyce in West Molesey to create a safe and relaxed space to promote veterans’ wellbeing within the local community.

8 years on and the Veterans' Support Association now has an additional drop in and activity lounge in Walton, offering activities such as model making, art, pool, table tennis and puzzles.

The Veterans' Support Association is open to all veterans and is a support service offered by veterans for veterans, who understand the need to feel they belong and are part of something bigger.
